Desk Food, opened in September 2023 by Tanja and Roberto, brings the essence of the Japanese “bento box” to Lugano. After 10 years of experience and several successful businesses, including street food, they decided to open a store on a busy street. They call themselves “poké artisans” in that they offer quality poké and bowls, with 25 fixed ingredients and 10 varying daily to create unique combinations. Their poké fusion is not limited to fish, offering variety and freshness. In addition, Desk Food handles catering and corporate breakfasts, ensuring a flawless dining experience.
