Founded by their parents and now led with dedication by their daughter Anna Galli, the restaurant continues to celebrate the authentic culinary traditions of the 1970s. With a wood-burning oven and a unique grill in the center of town, the close-knit team of 13 creates delicious dishes such as fondue year-round, ribs, spareribs, and chops, with a special focus on Italian cuisine.
