Ristorante Elementi, opened in November 2004, is open 7 days a week, year-round, and is closely linked to the Lugano Casino. It offers an exclusively evening dining experience, opening from 7 p.m. Led by chef Moreno Manzini, with more than 25 years of experience, the restaurant provides sensory cuisine inspired by the 5 elements, which give the restaurant its name. The menu, renewed monthly, enhances the seasonality of products and satisfies every need: meat, fish, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. Ingredients come from local suppliers and small producers in Ticino, guaranteeing freshness and quality. The wine list, curated by Leonardo Cappellazzo, F&B manager and ASSP sommelier, is updated every four months and includes a selection of Ticino, Italian, and French wines. Ristorante Elementi organizes themed evenings with menus dedicated to specific products or producers and special events during holidays. The slogan, “Ristorante Elementi, when you bet on taste,” fully represents the restaurant’s philosophy: a food and wine experience with attention to detail to enhance flavors and satisfy the most discerning palates.
